高磷铁矿球团气化脱磷影响因素研究

摘    要:通过XRD衍射仪分析了高磷铁矿中磷的赋存状态,并结合FactSage 7.2热力学分析结果,采用配料造球、球团焙烧等手段,探究了不同配碳量、温度和焦粉粒度对高磷铁矿球团气化脱磷的影响规律。结果表明: 高磷铁矿中磷的存在形式为Ca5(PO4)3F,加入0.8% SiO2和1.6% CaCl2作为混合脱磷剂,在焙烧温度1250 ℃、配碳量8%、焦粉粒度0.074~0.15 mm时,气化脱磷率达24.1%。

Abstract:The occurrence state of phosphorus in high-phosphorus iron ores was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer based on the FactSage 7.2 thermodynamic analysis results, and effects of different carbon content, temperature and particle size of coke powder on the gasification dephosphorization of phosphate iron pellets were explored by using methods of batching, pelletizing and pellet roasting. Results show that phosphorus in the high-phosphorus iron ore exists in the form of Ca5(PO4)3F. It is shown that by adding 0.8% SiO2 and 1.6% CaCl2 as a mixed dephosphorizer, the roasting process at 1250 ℃ with carbon content of 8% and particle size of coke powder at 0.074~0.15 mm can lead to the gasification dephosphorization rate reaching 24.1%.
