摘    要:以云南某高硫铅锌矿的铅硫混合精矿为研究对象, 在电位调控浮选思路指导下, 采用NaOH作为矿浆pH值及电位调整剂, 以新型易溶高效黄铁矿抑制剂LY-3替代石灰, 对选矿厂铅硫混合精矿进行铅硫浮选分离, 试验技术指标良好, 成功实现了对石灰的全替代, 解决了使用石灰带来的生产问题, 降低了回水处理成本, 同步提高了银综合回收率。

Abstract:LY-3, as a novel depressant being effective and easy to dissolve, was introduced to treat the Pb-S bulk concentrate of a high-sulfur lead-zinc ore from Yunnan Province. Based on the surface potential regulation flotation approach, the Pb-S separation is actualized using NaOH as the slurry pH modifier and potential regulator and LY-3 as the pyrite depressant in substitution for lime. The flotation test for the Pb-S separation from the bulk concentrate brings excellent processing index, indicating lime can be completely substituted by LY-3. The problem resulting from the use of lime as the depressant in the production has been solved, which not only reduce the treatment cost for water recycling, but also increase the comprehensive silver recovery.
