萤石浮选尾矿中锂的分选工艺研究

摘    要:对某萤石浮选尾矿中的锂进行了综合回收利用试验研究。对该矿样进行重选脱泥后,以十二胺为捕收剂、六偏磷酸钠为抑制剂进行浮选,经一次粗选、二次精选和二次扫选,可获得Li2O品位3.89%、回收率56.69%(作业回收率67.89%)的锂精矿。

Abstract:An experimental study was carried out for comprehensive recovery of lithium from the fluorite flotation tailings. After a gravity separation of ore samples for desliming, flotation tests were carried out with dodecylamine as the collector and sodium hexametaphosphate as the depressant. By adopting a closed-circuit flowsheet consisting of one roughing, two cleaning and two scavenging processes, a concentrate with Li2O grade and recovery of 3.89% and 56.69% (operation recovery of 67.89%), respectively, was collected.
