| 摘 要： | 利用Pro／E建立了车轮装饰盖零件的3D模型，并用Moldflow Plastics Insight软件对其进行流动、保压、冷却和翘曲过程模拟。在数值模拟分析的基础上，得到该零件注射成型的可行工艺参数为：充模时间0.30～0.70s、注射压力75～78NPa、锁模力300t、注射速率410cm^3／s、注射温度230℃、模具温度60℃、保压压力62MPa、保压时间10s、冷却时间20～30s。
