| Abstract: | As the capacity enlargement of concentrated sulfuric acid in Shaoguan Chemical Plant, the corroded cast iron pipe cooler was replaced by shell and tube concentrated sulfuric acid cooler with anodic protection and the technique parameters and operation are presented. The amount of discharged acidic wastewater has been decreased, 205 m+3/h water are saved and operation rate reached 97.8%. |
