炼油碱渣生物氧化预处理工业化试验研究

摘    要:采用隔离曝气生物氧化工艺,对炼油碱渣废水进行了预处理工业化试验。研究了不同水力停留时间、气水比、溶解氧浓度及反冲洗方式和周期等对污水中的硫化物、酚、CODcr和石油类污染物处理的影响。在适宜的操作条件下,炼油碱渣CODcr平均去除率超过85%,硫化物去除率超过99%,石油类污染物的去除率超过85%,酚类污染物的降解率超过88%,且隔离曝气生物氧化工艺中生物活性高、处理效果好、抗冲击能力强。

Abstract:A biological oxidation technology of isolated aeration was used to pretreat alkaline sewage from a petroleum refinery in an industrial scale.The factors of different hydraulic residence time,ratio of gas to water,dissolved oxygen concentration,backwashing period and fashion,which affected the removal of sulphide,volatile phenol,COD_(cr) and oil contaminant were studied.The experimental results with feasible conditions showed that the average removal rate of COD_(cr) was more than 85%,the removal rate of sulfide,more than 99%,the removal of oil contaminant,more than 85%,the degrading rate of volatile phenol contaminant,more than 88%.The experimental results also showed that the biological oxidation technology of isolated aeration features high biological activity and treating efficiency as well as strong resistance to impacting.
