Processing Optimization of Spinning Knitted Yarn on R40 Rotor Spinning Machine

Processing Optimization of R40 rotor spinning machine in spinning knitted yarn was discussed. Rotor diameter,combing roller speed,additional tuyere position and manipulator parameter setting in spinning knitted yarn on R40 rotor spinning machine were tested and optimized. Rotor yarn and ring yarn qualities were tested and analysed. It is pointed out that technology advantages of exported equipment can be made full use by optimizing test and setting rotor key processing parameter correctly,high quality rotor knitted Yarn that could satisfy castomer demands can be produced.
