| 摘 要： | 简单介绍了橡胶产业的现状以及注射设备的类型和各个注射成型工艺的特点。从模具大小、锁模力、模腔的数量以及排列位置、分型面、浇注系统等方面对橡胶注射模进行了分析设计。最后,提出了注射成型过程中出现的常见问题以及相应的模具改进方案。

| Abstract: | The current status of rubber industry,types of injection equipment and the features of each injection molding process are simply introduced. Analysis and design of rubber injection mold is made including the die size, clamping force, mold cavity number and arrangement, the parting surface, gating system etc.Finally, put forward the common problems in the process of injection molding and the corresponding mould improvement scheme |
