| Abstract: | Selecting experience of heat meters is summarized and specifications of its main components are evaluated. Design key of meter installation in heating scheme is guided. The reform of policy and management for heating metering accounting are proposed. Unusual heating system and special heat meters as well as data acquisition and communication are appraised. |
