摘    要:采用一步法合成了邵A硬度为0~60的聚氨酯弹性体,此类弹性体耐溶剂性好,可用于彩涂等印刷领域。并考察了异氰酸酯种类、指数、聚酯结构、固化温度对产品硬度、力学性能、耐溶剂性能的影响。

Abstract:The polyurethane elastomers with 0 ̄60 shore A hardness were synthesized by one step method. The elastomers have a very good resistance to solvents and can be used in printing industry, such as color coating, etc. The influence of isocyanate type, index, polyester structure, curing temperature, etc. on hardness, mechanical properties, solvent resistance of the elastomers was investigated.
