锌基轴承合金性能的研究

摘    要:研究了锌基轴承合金的组织特征,并与巴氏合金(ZChSnSb11-6)在MM200磨损实验机上进行了一系列摩擦磨损特性对比试验,结果表明:各种性能指标均相当或优于巴氏合金,且有望成为锡基轴承合金的代用材料。

Abstract:The structure characteristics of zinc|base bi|metal bearing alloy was investigated.The comparative testing of a series of friction and wear characteristics of the alloy with Babbitts alloy(ZChSnSb11|6)by means of MM|200 type wear testing machine was conducted.The results showed that all of the properties of the zinc|base bi|metal bearing alloy were equivalent or superior to those of Babbitts alloy.It is helpful to replace Sn|base bearing alloys
