摘    要:以沙棘原汁、绿茶、山楂、枸杞及决明子为原料,研究了一种具有降血压、降血脂等保健功效的复合高级饮料的加工工艺,经正交试验,结合理化分析、微生物检测和感官评价,得出该复合保健饮料的最佳配方。

Abstract:In the experiment,seabuckthorn juice,green tea,hawthorn,wolfberry and cassia tora are used as raw material.The main purpose is to research the processing technology of the mixture health drink which can depress blood pressure and blood fat,by way of orthogonal test,combine physics and chemistry analysis,microorganism examination and sensory evaluation to decide the best recipe of mixture drink.
