小井眼丛式井井眼轨迹控制技术

摘    要:吉林油田为开发低产低渗透油田,在1个平台上钻了4口φ152.4mm的小井眼丛式升,井深1729.47~1855.53m,最大井斜角42°,最大水平位移514m,比常规井眼降低成本19.1%。井眼轨迹控制是小井眼丛式钻井技术的重点和难点,文中探讨了钻具组合、上部井眼曲率、钻井参数以及钻头选型对小井眼轨迹控制的影响,并建立了相应的井眼轨迹控制模式。

Abstract:In order to develop the low production and low permeability oilfields, four slim hole cluster wells were drilled on one platform in Jinn Oilfield, with the diameters of 152.4mm each, well depths of 1729.47-1855.53m, maximum deviation angle of 42°, and maximum lateral displacement of 514m.. Its cost was reduced by 19.1% in comparison with the conventional wellbore. The wellbore trajectory control is the key and difficult point in slim hole cluster drilling technology. The effects of drill tool assembly, upper wellbore curvature, drilling parameters, and selection of bits on slim hole wellbore trajectory control are discussed in this paper, and appropriate mode for wellbore trajectory control is established.
