侧钻水平井钻井液研究与应用

摘    要:高160-侧平38井是大庆油田在φ139.7mm(5?in)套管内段铁开窗侧钻的水平井。根据大庆油田地层特点,开展了侧钻水平井钻井液体系的室内、现场试验。经室内试验,评选出了适合于侧钻水平井钻井液体系。该钻井液体系具有好的流变性和抑制性;研制出了新的润滑防卡剂RF及屏蔽封堵剂。通过现场试验,该钻井液体系满足了携带岩屑及钻井工程的需要,保证了井身质量和电测及固井的顺利施工。

Abstract:Well Gao 160-Ceping 38 is a sidetracked horizontal well section-milled in φ139.7mm casing in Daqing oil field. The lab and field tests for drilling fluid system of sidetracked horizontal well were conducted based on the formation features of Daqing oil field. A drilling fluid system suitable for sidetracked horizontal well was selected through evaluation of lab test, which has good rheology and inhibition. A new anti-seize lubricant RF and shielded blocking agent were developed. The field test showed that the drilling fluid system can meet the requirement of drilling engineering and cutting carrying to assure the borehole quality as well a smooth operation in logging and cementing.
