喷射泵-电潜泵接替举升深抽工艺技术研究

摘    要:针对潜油电泵在开采高粘、低渗、低液面油井上出现的欠载、过载引起电机频繁烧机等问题,研究了利用电泵开采高粘、低渗深井的一种新的举升工艺,即喷射系一电潜泳接替举升深抽工艺。介绍了该工艺的工作原理和理论推导,概述了与之配套的反循环喷射系的研究情况和室内试验情况以及该工艺的优点,指出该工艺技术为油田稳产增产提供了一种强有力的举升技术。

RESEARCH ON JET PUMP-ELECTRIC SUBMERSIBLE PUMP RELAY TECHNOLOGY
Abstract:When the electric submersible pump is used to produce oil in the well with the characteristics of high viscosity(oil),low permeability(reservoir) and low fluid level,the motor is often damaged due to the underload or overload of electricity.This paper studies and develops a new artificial lift technology for this kind of well,that is,jet pump-electric submersible pump relay technology.This paper introduces the working principles and theoretical derivation of the technology,summarizes the research and lab test of the reverse circulation jet pump that is matched with it,as well as the advantages of the technology.This paper points out that this technology has provided a powerful artificial lift technique for stabilizing and enhancing oil production in the field.
