体膨型颗粒类堵水调剖技术的研究

摘    要:凝胶类堵水调剖剂的地下交联程度和选择性进入能力是影响堵水调剖效果的重要因素,为解决这些问题,开发研制了一种新型体膨型颗粒类堵水调剖剂,该堵水调剖剂为地面交联预聚体,具有膨胀度和粒径可控、比重接近于水、稳定性好、选择性好等优点,较好地解决了常规堵水调剖剂进入地层因稀释作用而不交联的弊端;同时,通过合理选择颗粒粒径和注入压力,可使堵水调剖剂在低渗透层形成表面堵塞而顺利地进入高渗透水洗层位,从而达到堵水调剖剂选择性进入大孔道的目的。

Abstract:The underground cross-linked degree and the selective injectivity of the gel are the important factors influencing the effects of water shutoff and profile control. To deal with them better, a new kind of expansion grain chemical has been developed. It is a surface pre-crossliked polymer, with the advantages of controllable expansion and grain size, nearly same specific gravity as water, good stability and selectivity. With the help of it, the problems such as non-crosslinking of conventional water shutoff and profile control chemical in the formation have been solved. Meanwhile, the reasonable selection of grain size and injection pressure has made the chemical plug the surface of the low permeability formation and enter into the high permeability flushed formation. Thus, the objective for water shutoff and profile control chemical selectively entering into the large pore channel has been attained.
