开窗侧钻小井眼试采工艺的现场应用

摘    要:在已开发的油区内对产能衰竭的老井实施开窗侧钻小井眼工艺,可使低效、无效采油井(死井)复活,其经济效益十分可观,有较高的研究价值和推广应用前景。由于小井眼的井径较常规井径减小,相应地要求完井、采油的井下工具及工艺技术进行改进,以适应小油套管尺寸所带来的特殊需要。介绍了针对?101.6mm小井眼试验井井况研制的相关井下工具及试采工具组合施工作业、试采等情况。

FIELD APPLICATION OF SIDETRACKING SLIM HOLE PRODUCTION TEST TECHNOLOGY
Abstract:In the developed oilfields, the sidetracking slim hole technology can cause the low efficient wells or even the dead wells come into life. The economic benefits are obvious and it possesses higher study value and brighter popularizing prospect. Because the diameter of the slim hole is smaller than that of the conventional one, the downhole tools and technologies for completion and production should be improved so as to meet the special requirements of smaller tubing and casing. Taking the production test of the 101. 6mm diameter of sidetracking casing as an example, this paper introduces the development and effective combination of the relevant downhole tools, and the process of running the downhole service tools down to the service section and pulling them safely out of the well. This paper points out that reasonable oil producing mode must be selected to ensure the normal production of the oil wells.
