油基水泥浆堵剂的室内研究

摘    要:结合堵水施工工艺,提出了一套简便的油基水泥浆堵剂室内评价方法,对研制的油基水泥浆堵剂的施工性能、水化性能及岩心试验进行了综合评价,对油基水泥浆堵剂的水化机理、选择性进行了初步探索。研究表明:油基水泥浆堵剂具有较高的水化强度及较强的堵水选择性,但注入性较差,在堵水作业中最好与注入性较好的其它堵剂联合使用.

Abstract:Based on the operation process, this paper presents a simple lab method for evaluating the oil-based cement slurry for water shutoff. This paper comprehensively evaluates the mixing, hydration and core experiments of the slurry and primarily explores its hydration mechanism and selectivity. The study indicates that the developed oil-based cement slurry is with higher post-hydration compressed strength and better selectivity, but with poor injectivity. It is suggested that the slurry had better be injected together with other water shutoff agents with good injectivity.
