摘    要:本文在给出加权模糊推理网拓扑结构与算法的基础上,将模糊综合评判的思想引入模糊推理网,提出了一种兼有两种算法共同优点的改进加权模糊推理网,给出了该网的拓扑结构与算法。其次,在初步给出结构抗震选型多级性能指标体系的基础上,将改进网与该性能体系结合,分别建立了与目标级和决策级性能指标相应的六个评价推理网和一个优选决策推理网,并将该七个网组合为一个集成网络系统,给出了该系统的拓扑结构图及其评价与优系统功能结构图。最后,给出了工程应用实例,结果与工程实际较吻合,表明本文新建立的方法是解决复杂结构抗震选型性能评价与优选决策直观、有效方法。同时还给出了所有性能评价等级的标准区间及其量化函数的建议;建立了基于上述方法的抗震选型支持系统。

Abstract:On the basis of traditional weighted fuzzy inference,weight fuzzy composite evaluation is employed in fuzzy inference network,and an ameliorated weight fuzzy inference network having the advantages of these two algorisms is presented.The topological structure and algorism of the inference network and the multi-level performance index system of structure form selection are prorided.With the integration of the ameliorated reasoning network and the performance index system,six evaluation networks and one optimum decision-reasoning network are set up,according to the object-level and decision-level indices,respective phase seven networks are further emerged into an integrated one with its topological structure diagram and evaluation and decision functions given.Suggestions are provided on the standard interval quantified grading and quantified membership functions of input parameters of property-level performance index.An aseismic form selection support system based the above method is constructed and the system function diagram is given.A case study is given;the result is in good agreement with real data proving that the proposed method is direct and effective for optimum aseismic form selection and performance evaluation of complicated structures.
