摘    要:研制出一种高效复配缓蚀剂 ,它是由一种阴离子缓蚀剂和一种非离子缓蚀剂复配而成。通过析氢实验、短路实验、恒电流充放电实验及交流阻抗、电镜扫描等测试方法 ,研究了此种缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果及对锌电极性能的影响 ,并对其作用机理进行简单探讨。实验结果表明 ,在锌合金粉中添加此种缓蚀剂 ,大大地降低了析氢量 ,抑制了锌枝晶的生长 ,对电极放电性能影响不大 ,且主要是通过吸附在锌电极表面发挥作用

Abstract:A new type of composite organic inhibitor NY, which consists of an anionic inhibitor and a nonionic inhibitor with high efficiency, was prepared. The inhibiting effects of additives in 40% KOH solution and its influence on performance of zinc electrode were investigated by methods of hydrogen evolution experiment, AC impedance measurement and SEM examination, etc. The corresponding mechanism of NY was also discussed simply. The results show that NY inhibits corrosion and dendrite growth of zinc electrode had little effect on discharging performance. Its inhibiting effect was explained by adsorption mechanism.
