4-甲氧基环己酮的合成研究

摘    要:以1,4-环己二酮-乙二醇缩酮为起始原料经两步法合成了4-甲氧基环己酮,通过对各步产物进行IR,1H NMR和13C NMR表征,确证所合成的产物为目标产物。并对由1,4-二氧螺环4,5]癸烷-8-醇合成1,4-二氧螺环4,5]癸烷-8-醇甲醚的合成条件进行了优化,得到最佳反应条件为:以THF为溶剂,氢氧化钠为催化剂,于反应温度为0℃,反应的收率可达85.9%。

Abstract:In this article,the synthesis of 4-methoxycyclohexanon is reported in two steps with 1,4-Dioxaspirodecan-8-one as starting material.The structures of the intermediates and the target molecule are confirmed by IR and()1H-NMR.And an optimized synthesis condition from 1,4-dioxa-spirodecan-8-ol to 1,4-dioxaspirodecan-8-ol methyl ether is studied.The results indicates that the suitable reaction conditions are shown as follows:THF as solvent,sodium hydroxide as catalyst,and at 0℃.The yield of 1,4-dioxaspirodecan-8-ol methyl ether reaches over 85.9%.
