摘    要:测定了海水-二氧化硫体系的相平衡数据,并对数据中化学吸收及物理吸收所占比例作了分析。应用相平衡数据和有关公式,对某渣油催化裂化烟气二氧化硫浓度1000ppm,按去除率90%计算,设计了填料吸收塔及有关参数。吸收实验既验证了设计结果,又发现了填料层高度、液气比和操作气速等参数变化对二氧化硫去除率的影响规律。

Abstract:The phase-equilibrium data of sea water-SO2 system were determined and the percentages of both chemical and physical absorptions were analyzed. Based on the phase-equilibrium data and related formulae, taking a SO2 content of 1000ppm in the flue gas and a desulfurization percentage of 90%, the packing absorber of a RFCC unit was designed and associated parameters were determined. The design data has been proved by absorption tests, and the influences parameters such as packing height, liquid/gas ratio and operating gas velocity on desulfur ization percentage.
