| 摘 要： | 讨论了影响腈纶丝束染色性能的因素 ,分析了钙等阳离子对丝束上色率的影响机理及影响程度。通过线性回归的方法对生产中的实测数据进行处理 ,找出系统中钙离子浓度和丝束上色率偏差的线性关系 ,并提出了预防和处理钙离子浓度过高的几点措施

| Abstract: | The influential factors on the dyeing behavior of acrylic tow were discussed. The effect of calcium ion on the dyeing behavior of acrylic tow was analyzed. The linear relationship between Ca 2+ and the variation of dyeing degree was explored based on the practical data by regression analysis.Some measures were suggested in the case of extremely high concentration of calcium ion in the acrylic fiber dyeing process. |
