摘    要:利用曝气生物滤池(BAF)工艺处理化工污水处理厂外排水回用的中试研究,主要考察了BAF启动及BAF的运行参数对处理效果的影响等。研究结果表明:在10~19℃的水温条件下,用活性污泥闷曝接种,经过30多天的成功挂膜。当BAF的进水流量为4m3/h,滤料高度为2.0m,水力负荷为2~3m3/(m2·h),气水体积比为3:1时,出水的COD、SS去除率分别为74.2%、92.7%,处理效率高、出水水质稳定,可满足冷却用水的要求。

Abstract:A pilot scale study on treatment of effluent water from a chemical industry wastewater treatment plant by biological aerated filter(BAF) process was carried out,the influences of the starting and the operation parameters of BAF on treatment effect were mainly investigated.The results showed that:at the wastewater temperature of 10-19 ℃,with the activated sludge covering the aeration for the inoculation,the biofilm was formed successfully after 30 days.When the influent flow of the BAF was 4 m3/h,the filter material height was 2.0 m,the hydraulic loading was 2-3 m3/(m2·h),the volume rate of gas to water was 3:1,the removal rates of COD and SS in effluent water reached 74.2% and 92.7% respectively.The said process was efficient and the quality of the effluent treated by it was stable,which could meet the requirement for cooling water.
