氟化氢容器泄漏事故分析及预防措施

摘    要:采用失效分析理论和方法,通过对失效设备的全面检测和解剖分析,研究氟化氢容器泄漏事故的原因,获得了氟化氢容器壳体材料的化学成分、力学性能、金相组织、腐蚀机理等多项失效分析指标,综合分析结果表明,氟化氢容器失效原因主要是局部过热、组织劣化、强度下降、介质腐蚀、壁厚减薄造成。

Abstract:By using the theory and method of failure analysis, through the full inspection and analysis for the failed equipment, the cause of leakage accident occurred in hydrogen fluoride vessel was studied. Several indexes to influence the failure, such as chemical composition, mechanical behavior, metallurgical structure and corrosion mechanism of the material of hydrogen fluoride vessel was, then, obtained. The resuh of comprehensive analysis showed that the key cause inducing the failure of hydrogen fluoride vessel is local excessive hot, metallurgical structure degradation, strength decreasing, corrosion from fluid and thinned thickness.
