| 摘 要： | 很多高校的体育场馆除了为高校师生提供体育锻炼服务和体育教学训练服务之外，在很多时间都处于闲置状态，造成了体育场馆资源的严重浪费，体育设施对外开放率还不到23．2％。分析了高校体育场馆运营管理的现状，结合笔者的实际经验，认为高校体育场馆现代化运营应从以下入手：加强高校体育场馆现代化运营管理知识的培训；加强高校体育场馆多元化运行；高校体育场馆设计理念突出“以人为本”；扩大高校体育场馆媒体宣传的力度；大力开发青少年文体培训业务。

| Abstract: | Many college stadiums, in addition to physical exercise and sports teaching and training services for teachers and students, in an idle state, which results in a waste of resources, and sports facilities opening-up rate is less than 23.2 %. First the author analyzes the status quo ; Second, combined with the author＇ s actual experience, the following aspects should are necessary for managing effectively ： training of modern operational management knowledge; diversified running; design concept of ＂people-oriented＂ ; media propaganda; youth cultural and sports training. |
