摘    要:论文针对当前多媒体流分层组播中的拥塞控制方案的不足,提出一种基于接收者驱动的TCP友好且自适应的拥塞控制策略,它利用TCP吞吐量模型和改善的“RTP/RTCP”协议计算出接收端的TCP友好接收速率,接收者根据历史记录并结合当前网络带宽选择“加入”下一层组播组的最佳时机,从而避免了过于频繁的“加入”测试易造成网络拥塞的缺陷。文中给出了详细的实现方案,且在实际系统中运行后表明该策略达到了预期效果。

Abstract:Due to shortcomings of current Congestion Control for Multi-media Layered-Multicast,a receiver-based tcp-friendly and self-adaptive Congestion Control arithmetic is proceed in this paper.By using TCP throughput model and enhanced RTP/RTCP protocal,the policy enable receivers to caculate their tcp-friendly speed,and then choose the best time to begin the″add″test,thus avoids the shortcoming of high frequency of″add″test which easily result in Network Congestion.In addition,realization mechanism is discussed in detail,this policy has been used and achieved good result.
