摘    要:齿轮的模态分析是滚珠丝杠电动伺服机构动力学分析的基础.以该伺服机构从动轮为研究对象,对其进行了模态分析,得到了齿轮的固有频率及振型,为该伺服机构的动力学分析和优化设计提供了必要的依据.

Abstract:Modal analysis on gear is the foundation of dynamics analysis for electronic servomechanism based on ball guide screw. The driven wheel is used as research object of the servomechanism,and its modal analysis is done. Natural frequency and vibration mode of the gear are obtained,and these offer the essential foundation for dynamics analysis and optimum design.
