| 摘 要： | 以一次锻造裂纹为例，对锻造裂纹形成的原因，从材料性能、零件加工工艺、锻造方法、热处理工艺等各方面进行了综合分析与研究，提出了解决这类问题的基本方法和措施，揭示了引起锻件开裂各有关工序之间的内在联系，为保证锻件的锻造质量提出了工艺上应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | In the paper, taking a forging's cracking as on example, the reasons why the forging's crack is formed are analyzed and studied comprehensively on all aspects of material such as,the property, parts processing technology, forging methods, and heat|treatment technology, etc. The basic methods and measures to solve the problems mentioned above are put forward, the internal relations among the related working procedures of forging's cracking are revealed, and the working procedure problems which should be paid attention to are pointed out for ensuring the forging's quality |
