试论回转窑挡轮装置

摘    要:要想保证新型干法窑运转正常,窑上下窜动合理控制和挡轮装置的正确设计非常关键。结合新型干法回转窑的特点,以Φ5.25m×77m窑(主要参数:斜度4%,轮带外径Φ轮外=6350mm,内径Φ轮内=5529mm,材质ZG40Cr,挡轮大端外径Φ挡=1800mm,挡轮接触面高H挡=260mm,材质ZG40Cr,n窑=3.5r/min)为例,在介绍挡轮控制原理和设计要点的基础上,详细介绍了挡轮推力计算方法,以及挡轮与轮带接触应力、推力轴承选型及径向滚动轴承的选型计算;就窑操作时,对挡轮的一些常遇问题进行了故障原因分析和处理措施建议。

Abstract:Abstract: It is very important that controling the kiln's up and down move properly and designing the guide roller accurately to ensure normal running of the her dry process rotary kiln. Taking a φ5.25 m×77 m kiln as example(main parameters: inelination is 4%, tire outer diameter is 6 350 mm and inner diameter is 5 529 mm, material is ZG40Cr, guide roller larger diameter is 1 800 mm and the hight is 260 mm, material is ZG40Cr, and the rotary speed is 3.5 r/min), based on the introduction of guide roller control principle and design points, the calculation method of guide roller's propelling force was introduced indetail as well as the calculation of contact stress be- tween guide roller and tire and selection of propelling force bear and ball and roller bear. Finally, the familiar operation problems was analysed and relevant countermeasures was put forward.
