对散热器试验国际标准中有关规定的探讨

摘    要:本文对国际标准ISO3148,3149中的有关规定进行了分析,认为:实验小室的换气次效和安装散热器后墙的热阻不同将造成各实验台之间测试结果的差别。为减小各实验台之间的测试差别,建议ISO3148,3149中应规定闭式小室的换气次数不大于0.1次/时;风冷闭式小室安装散热器的后墙也应装设隔热板,并使所测散热器对应墙面的热流量不高于其它壁面的平均值。

Abstract:In this paper, some rules of ISO 3148, 3149 have been analysed. It has been put forward that the quantity of air change rote of test room and the thermal resitance of the back wall fitting radiator will cause the difference of the testing resuits for different air-cooled dosed booths. In order to decrease the difference, we suggest that there should be a rule of less than 0.1n/h air change rat for test room for ISO 3148,3149, and also a rule having insulating panel behind the radiator in the test room for air-cooled booth, so that the heat flux through the wall behind radiator less than the average heat flux of other walls.
