中国工业遗产研究现状述评

本文针对国内文化遗产保护、利用、更新等理论方面的研究现状，采用文献法、考察法和分析法等综合研究方法，对近十年来我国工业遗产的保护、利用、改造、更新等方面的理论研究进行梳理、分析和归纳。分析出了工业遗产保护利用在旅游开发、景观营造、城市更新等几个方向中的最新研究成果及现状，提出了我国在工业遗产的保护、利用等方面存在的不足，对我国工业遗产的理论研究做了较为全面的总结，为后续研究者提供了重要的参考和指导。

The Research Status Review of Chinese Industrial Heritage

In this article, the author aims at the research status in the theoretical aspects of domestic cultural heritage protection, utilization, and updating etc. and adopt the comprehensive research methods of literature method, investigation method and analysis method to coordinate, analyze and summarize the theoretical research in the aspects of protection, utilization, modification, and updating of Chinese industrial heritage in recent ten years. The author analyzes the latest research results and situations of industrial heritage protection in several directions of tourism development, landscape construction, urban renewal and so on, put forward the shortcomings of Chinese industrial heritage in the aspects of protection and utilization, and make a comprehensive summary to the theoretical research of Chinese industrial heritage so as to provide important reference and guidance for further research.
