| 摘 要： | 备品备件是设备上的所属配件，备品备件的合理储存关系着电力系统的良好运行。加强备品备件的管理工作，在建立完善的制度、划分明确的职责基础上，要加强备件申请、审核、上报、领用、验货、入库、储存、出库、回收。只有做好这每一个环节，才能保证备品备件库存不积压，不出现现场供应不足等现象。
