住房市场化以来长春市住宅建设对城市的影响研究

本文通过对长春市住宅建设实践的调研，概括性地总结和分析了住宅建设与城市发展的相关性，包括对城市经济发展、城市化进程、城市空间布局、城市边缘地区的影响以及居住分异的日益显露等，提出了住宅建设与城市协调发展的重要性和紧迫性，并指出了寻求城市、住宅和人三者之间的和谐将是今后长春市住宅建设发展的主题及未来努力的方向。

Study the Influence of Changchun City Residential Construction on City since the Housing Marketization
