基于CTI技术的智能亲情电话系统设计与实现

随着信息产业（IT）的蓬勃发展,计算机电话集成技术CTI及其相关产业得以迅速的发展,并大量应用于社会生活的各个方面。通过深入研究CTI技术,结合射频识别RFID技术、语音转换技术、面向对象的多线程和socket编程技术以及PSTN通信网的应用原理,在VC＋＋6.0平台下构建了一套智能亲情电话管理系统ITMS,实现了狱警对监狱服刑人员拨打电话的便捷管理。该系统已经得以应用,用户反映良好,给监狱的管理带来了极大的方便。
