MCGS组态软件在多相流实验控制系统中的应用

摘    要:介绍了工控组态软件MCGS的功用、结构和组成,及其基于MCGS开发的多相流实验控制系统。该系统能够实现油、气、水单相、多相流程的控制,自动采集并记录温度、压力、流量等参数,避免了人工数据记录、整理和烦琐的数据处理工作,提高了实验精度与工作效率。

Abstract:The function,structure and composition of the configuration software MCGS as well as the monitoring and control system of multi-phase flow experimentation based on configuration software is introduced. This system can realize the automation control of oil,gas,and water single-phase or multi-phase flow and automatically gather and record temperature,pressure,flow parameter. It avoids the artificial record,the reorganization and processing data work which increase the experimental precision and could work effectively.
