免振捣自密实混凝土施工技术

自密实砼通过对骨料、外加剂、胶结材料和掺合料的选择以及配合比优化，合理地解决了砼流动性与抗分离性之间的矛盾，提高砼拌合物的间隙通过能力和填充能力，在骨料作用下自行密实，并能填充到复杂形体和密筋结构的各个部位，硬化后砼具有良好的力学性能及体积稳定性和耐久性。本文就制备原理、方法及应用情况进行了论述。

Self Compact Concrete Construction Technic Without Vibration

Contradictory problems of workability and segregation of concrete have been rationally solved by means of selection of aggregates,admixtures,cement material,additues and optimum propotional.Ability to pass and fill voids with dense reinforcements and peculiar pattern form is increased and self compacted.After concrete hardening,it possesses a good strength property,stability and durability.Manufacture principles methods and applications are introduced in this paper.
