燃料电池发动机控制器的以太网通信接口设计

摘    要:燃料电池发动机控制器用于控制和优化燃料电池电堆发电的过程,改善整个电动汽车动力系统的性能;针对当前燃料电池发动机控制器数据传输速率低、无法联网升级的现象,提出基于主控制器芯片TMS320F2812和网络芯片ENC28J60的网络接口的硬件方案,给出了以太网接口的设计电路、网络协议栈的实现方法、程序流程以及部分源程序;实验结果表明,该通信接口具有实时性好、可靠性高等优点,实现了控制器的快速实时监测与远程控制升级。

Abstract:Fuel-cell engine Controller is used to control and optimize the process of fuel-cell pile generating electricity,and improve the performance of the electric vehicle power system.In present,the Controller is low in communicating speed,and can not join network as well as remote software upgraded.The hardware project is given based on main controller chip TMS320F2812 and net chip ENC28J60,including the designed circuit of Ethernet interface,network protocol,the software flow and part of source code.It is proven that the interface has the great advantage of real time and high reliability and realizes the rapid real-time monitoring,remote controlling and upgrading of the Fuel- cell engine Controller.
