| 摘 要： | 介绍一种多功能、模块化扫描探针显微镜，它综合了ＳＴＭ、ＡＦＭ、ＭＦＭ、ＦＦＭ等的功能，不仅能检测物质表面微观形貌，还能检测微小静电力、磁力、原子力和摩擦力，具有较好的灵活性和较宽的应用范围。
