一种软开关无桥Boost-PFC电路的分析和设计

摘    要:提出了一种新颖的软开关无桥Boost-PFC电路,它可省去传统功率因数校正(PFC)电路中的整流桥,导通器件少,并因引入了无损谐振网络,开关管实现了软开关,且电路效率高,适用于大功率场合.这里分析了电路的工作原理,给出了参数设计过程.试验结果表明,其效率高于传统的PFC电路.

Abstract:A new soft-switching bridgeless Boost-PFC topology has been proposed, which can eliminate the conven- tional four-diode front-end rectifier in power factor correction topologies.As the passive resonant circuit is added in ,the switches perform soft switching.The efficiency is high and it can be used for high power PFC.The analysis and design are both presented in this paper.The experimental results show its efficiency is higher than the conventional PFC.
