摘    要:座键式MWD仪器在大斜度定向井和水平井随钻测量施工中,时常出现脱键现象,导致无法形成正常的钻井液脉冲信号,影响钻井时效.为了解决这一问题,针对仪器脱键的原因展开了研究,研制出可调式防脱键项杆.现场应用表明,新研制的可调式顶杆能解决海蓝MWD、QDT-MWD等座键式随钻测量仪器施工中的脱键问题,提高了仪器入井成功率,为顺利进行随钻测量施工提供了保障,具有较大的实用价值和广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:The phenomenon of off-seat often occurs during the measured services by seated MWD in highly-deviated well and horizontal well,which results in no normal mud pulse signal from the tool and consequently cuts down the speed and efficiency of drilling work.In order to overcome the problem,we analyzed the causes of off-seat and designed an adjustable anti-backoff mandril.The site application shows that the anti-backoff mandril can avoid off-seat of seated tools such as Hailan MWD,QDT-MWD and so on,increasing the success rate of MWD tool in well greatly and ensuring smooth direction and measurement work.So it has great practical value and broad application prospect.
