摘    要:为有效保护环境和实现钻井液的重复利用,在大牛地气田开展了钻井液不落地技术试验。通过调研论证进行效果和成本分析,结合大牛地气田的特点,完成了现场实施方案设计论证。DP90S井的现场应用结果表明,全井钻进过程中无废弃固相和液相落地。钻井液不落地技术减少了挖泥浆池的工作量,实现了钻井施工过程中废弃钻井液的零排放,减少了其对环境造成的损害,完钻后地面完全恢复钻前状态;废弃钻井液的重复利用,还可大幅减少钻井成本投入,因而具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:To effectively protect the environment and realize the repeated utilization of drilling fluid, we carry nut without landing drilling fluid technology in Daniudi Gas Field. Through the research demonstration and effect and cost analysis, combined with the characteristics of Daniudi Gas Field, we have completed the project design argument. Field application shows that there are no waste liquid anti solid landing during the whole process of drilling in Well DP90S. This technology reduces the mud pit work and realizes the zero discharge of waste drilling fluid drilling during constnlction process. Finally, the ground completely recovers before drilling. Repeated use of drilling fluid can reduce the next well drilling investment. At the same time, it can reduce the damage of waste drilling fluid on the environment, having a broad application prospect.
