胜利海上油田海底电缆悬空损伤分析及保护装置设计

摘    要:胜利海上油田海底电缆悬空损伤,是影响海上电网平稳运行的最大安全隐患,详细论证和分析了涌浪载荷作用受力和涡致振动,认为涡致振动是造成海缆悬空损伤破坏的主要原因。为避免海底电缆悬空损伤,设计新型海底电缆保护装置,经过环境载荷计算、涌浪受力和装置的强度分析,提出了新型海底电缆保护装置的规范要求,达到了保护海底电缆免受损伤的目的。

Abstract:Suspended injury of submarine cable in Shengli offshore oilfield,is the greatest security risk what impact stable operation of the marine power grid,after detailed analysis and demonstration of the surge load force and the vortex-induced vibration,it argued that the vortex-induced vibration is the main reason for suspended injury of submarine cable.In order to avoid suspended cable damage and design a new submarine cable protection device,after environment load calculation,surge force and strength analysis of the device,put forward the requirements of new type submarine cable protection device,and achieve the purpose of protecting submarine cables from damage.
