摘    要:以蔓荆子为原料,采用粉碎预处理后超临界CO2萃取的方法从蔓荆子中萃取蔓荆子油。考察了萃取时间、萃取温度及萃取压力对蔓荆子油收率的影响,并采用响应面法建立了蔓荆予油收率与萃取时间、萃取温度及萃取压力之间的关系,得到了最佳萃取工艺条件:萃取时间50.12min,萃取温度35.53℃,萃取压26.50MPa。该方法具有收率高、产品纯度高、污染小、节约能源的特点。

Abstract:viter rotundifolia oil was extracted by grinding pretreatment and Supercritical CO2 Extraction method from viter rotundifolia. The major influence factors such as extraction pressure,extraction temperature,extraction time were studied and analysised. By employing response surface methodology,the relationship of traction pressure,extraction temperature,extraction time was founded. The parameters of extraction process were optimized,so the optimal experiment parameters are : the traction pressure26.50MPa,temperature 35.53℃ ,time 50.12min. The method is energy-saving,of low pollution and better efficiency.
