大型天然气联合循环电厂F级机组动力岛布置的优化

摘    要:为了迎接“西气东输”和配合液化天然气(LNG)的输入,我国东部地区正在建设一批大型联合循环电厂。为使建成后的电厂占地最少、单位投资最省、建设速度最快、投产后便于运行检修,对机组的动力岛布置进行优化至关重要。从布置紧凑和节约用地的角度,对大型天然气联合循环电厂不同轴系配置的F级机组的动力岛布置,根据国外工程和国内打捆招标建设项目的实践,进行了多方案的分析和比较,推荐出了我国建设F级天然气联合循环电厂最合理的动力岛布置形式。

Abstract:A number of large-scale combined cycle power plants are being built in East China in line for the West-to-East Gas Transmission Project and input of LNG. It's key to optimize the general layout of units, for the least area, least investment per kilowatt, high-speed construction and more convenient to operate and maintenance. For the purpose of compact layout and area saving, based on foreign engineering experiences and practice of domestic construction projects bidd in bundle, this paper analyzed and compared the general arrangement of F class units power island with different shaft configurations for large-scale natural gas-fired combined cycle power plants, and recommended the most appropriate power island arrangement for F class unit in China.
