宝钢4#高炉开炉技术的提升和发展

摘    要:为进一步发展高炉开炉技术,提高高炉各项技术经济指标,回顾了宝钢4#高炉开炉前的主要管理措施和技术准备内容,包括开炉管理体制、热风炉和高炉烘炉、炉料填充、送风控制、调整开炉炉渣性能等.通过制定科学的开炉方案,落实完善开炉前期的准备工作;同时分析总结宝钢4#高炉开炉后的一些技术进步内容,如快速达产、快速增加煤比等,为宝钢高炉今后开炉技术的改善及经济技术指标的快速提升提供了借鉴.

Abstract:For the purpose of further developing the blow-in technology and improving the BF technico-economic indexes,some important management measures and technical preparations,including the management system for the blow-in,drying of the hot stove and blast furnace,burden filling in,blasting control,slag performance adjustment,etc.are reviewed in this paper.The first-phase preparations for the BF's blow-in are carried out and perfected by working out a scientific blow-in scheme.Some technical advancements after the blow-in of the No.4 BF are analyzed and summarized,such as fast reaching the designed capacity,fast increasing the coal injection rate,etc.It will provide lessons for Baosteel's future technological improvement in the BF blow-in and rapid advancement in its technico-economic indexes.
