摘    要:在分析导致装载机油耗率偏高原因的基础上,针对装载机油耗特性提出了一种混合动力装载机机电耦合方案.该方案不仅便于实现所有的混合动力工作模式,其电力变矩工作模式还采用两自由度的行星排取代液力变矩器,通过提高传动效率进一步降低装载机油耗率.电力变矩工作模式将发动机的功率按工况要求分配给传动系统和电力驱动系统,电机通过反转发电的方式回收发动机的盈余功率,同时利用行星排的降速增扭特性满足装载机在低转速、大转矩工况的动力需求,避免液力传动的功率损失,提高能量的有效利用率.

Abstract:Due to the high fuel consumption ratio of loaders, an electro-mechanical coupling scheme is pro- posed based on the fuel consumption properties. This scheme is used to realize the hybrid working mode. By stabilizing the engine working range to reduce the loader fuel consumption ratio, the electric torque conversion mode is applied with two-freedom planetary row instead of hydro-mechanical converter. By enhancing the con- version efficiency to further reducing the loader fuel consumption ratio, the electric torque conversion mode is applied with engine power allocation to transmission and electrical systems. As such, the power generation by motor reversion is used to recycle the surplus dynamo power, whilst the planetary row is used to reduce torque-increment property for low-speed and high-torque working conditions. Therein, the power loss of hy- draulic transmission is avoided with high energy efficiency.
