摘    要:以赵家湾隧道铣挖法施工工程为依托,介绍了截齿在铣挖鼓上的排列方式.通过对截齿位置进行编号、分类和现场截齿更换统计,研究了英国和德国铣挖机截齿更换规律和失效位置分区特征,得到两者截齿磨损的差异.最后从截齿的制作工艺、选择与安装、截割等方面提出一些建议,从而提高截齿使用寿命和铣挖机性能.

Pick replacement rules and partition properties for transverse milling machine

Abstract:Pertaining to the Zhaojiawan Tunnel construction, the pick arrangement on cutting head is first introduced. Through pick location encoding, classifying and on-site pick replacement, the pick replacement rules and inefficiency position partition properties are statistically investigated into UK- and Germany- made milling machines. Then, the differences of pick wear between them are attained. Finally, the recommendations are provided in terms of pick manufacturing process, selection, assembly and cutting so as to improve the pick life-cycle and milling machine performance.
