摘 要: | 基于多软件集成的方法,采用刚柔耦合的建模理论建立伸缩臂履带起重机的动力学虚拟样机模型,分别研究不同带载比例和不同启动、制动加速度工况下臂架应力的变化规律、影响因素及其冲击系数的大小.结果表明:在伸缩臂履带起重机带载直线行驶过程中,引起臂架应力变化的主要原因是吊重的摆动,履带车辆的多边形效应是次要原因;在启动过程中臂架的应力变化不大,在制动过程中臂架的应力变化最大,且带载比例越大,制动时间越短,冲击越明显.

Abstract: | The dynamical virtual prototyping model of telescopic crawler crane is first established using the multiple-software integration and rigid-flexible coupling methods. Then, the variation of boom stresses, together with influence factor and impact coefficient, is investigated under different loading ratios and start-brake accelerations. Finally, it is found from results that the boom stress variation during the straight driving process is significantly resulted from the lifting weight vacillation for a major reason, but slightly from the vehicle polygonal effect. In addition, the boom stress variation is low in the start phase, but maximal in the brake phase. Accordingly, the higher the loading ratio is, the shorter the brake time takes meanwhile the more significant the impact indicates. |
