基于脆弱割集选择紧急控制地点的灵敏度分析方法

摘    要:紧急控制是维持大扰动下电力系统稳定运行的重要手段。选择有效的控制地点是一个重要问题,提出了一种基于脆弱割集来选择紧急控制地点的方法。首先引入电压校正方法,使割集脆弱性指标能够反映故障轨迹,从而更为准确地筛选脆弱割集,然后根据基于割集的灵敏度分析方法选择紧急切机和切负荷的地点。暂态功角失稳引起脆弱割集支路的相角差或功率增大,而紧急功率控制可抑制这种增长。因此割集支路功率对于发电机母线或负荷母线功率的灵敏度,能够反映紧急切机或切负荷控制地点的有效性。基于南方电网模型的故障分析表明,该方法实用有效,可应用于大型电力系统。

Abstract:Emergency control is a most important measure to maintain power system stability under wide-area disturbance, and it is important to enforce emergency control at the most effective site among large amount of available positions. For this reason, the authors propose a vulnerable cutset based approach to locate the site for emergency control. At first, to enable cutset vulnerable index to reflect the trajectory of fault, voltage correction is used, thus the vulnerable cutset can be chosen more accurately; then according to the sensitivity analysis method based on vulnerable cutset, the sites for emergently tripping generators and shedding loads are located. Transient angle instability makes the phase angle differences or power flows in vulnerable cutset branches increased, and yet emergency power control can restrain such increase. Therefore, the sensitivity of power flow of vulnerable cutset branch with respect to generator or load power can reflect the effectiveness of the sites where the emergency controls are enforced. Fault analysis results of the model based on South China Power Grid show that the proposed approach is practicable and effective, so it can be applied to large-scale power grid.
